DMCA Notice

Morocco IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedure for reporting alleged copyright infringements that occur on our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

  6. Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the Removed Content: Describe the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. Your Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in New York, USA, and agree to accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.


5. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false claim in violation of the DMCA.


6. Changes to This DMCA Notice

We may update this DMCA Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
