4. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following information:

Identification of the Removed Content: Describe the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
Your Contact Information: Provide your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in New York, USA, and agree to accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Any user found to repeatedly violate copyright laws will have their access to Morocco IPTV permanently revoked.

6. Consequences of Misuse

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences. Morocco IPTV reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits false claims in violation of the DMCA.

7. Content Removal and Restoration

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. If a valid counter-notification is received, we will restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.
